True-Blue Training was established in 2012 by its founder Chris Grobler to provide on-site unit standard training services for our valued clients on earth-moving machinery, lifting machinery and safety training.
- Our qualified team has a multitude of experience in all aspects of the Company;
- Our Managing Director has more than 30 years experience in Logistical Administration, Financial Administration and Human Development in Government environment;
- Our Marketing Consultant has 15 years experience in the training field and has been working extensively with the private and mining sectors and has established a professional and trusting relationship in the marketing world;
- Our Sales Representative, that has extensive marketing knowledge and experience, is able to identify the client's needs;
- Our Office Manager, who comes from mining and labour background, knows how to ensure that the office runs smoothly and that clients receive an excellent service;
- Our learner material is outsourced to a highly qualified and competent development team who ensures that our material is kept up to the unit standard requirements.
We believe in opportunity for our workers. In our Safety Department we appointed a student who has a SAMTRAC qualification and is busy with ongoing training until they are properly qualified to meet our client's needs.

- Telescopic boom handler.
Earth-moving Machines:

Health and Safety Training - Accredited:
- First Aid level 1;
- Working at heights;
- Basic fire fighting.
We only contract accredited Facilitators, Assessors and Moderators.
