Rudolph & Van Vuuren (Pty) Ltd commenced operations in 1965. The current shareholders purchased the company in 1979 and changed its profile from construction to tiling contracting.
Rudolph & Van Vuuren's track record as tiling specialists goes back 22 years. From inception, all our energy has been dedicated to projects, delivering quality workmanship and providing expert professional and technical service.

Rudolph & van Vuuren are commercial tilers and contractors operating nationally and up into Africa including Nigeria. We are also Marble and Granite fabricators and deliver first class vanities, staircases, cladding and kitchen tops.
We are easily able to handle projects as large as Durban Airport, Melrose Arch, Sun International, Legacy Corner and ABSA Towers to name a few.

The inner workings of Rudolph & Van Vuuren happen literally one door up from the Head Office. There are four main departments with regards to granite and marble in the workshop which handle and prepare the tiles for commercial and private use:

The materials are cut into workable sizes by state of the art machinery and then handed over to craftsmen who cut the tiles into the exact sizes needed.

The tiles are then ground to the exact specifications and finishes required by the client.

Lastly, the finished tiles are polished to a pristine shine and sealed to ensure their superior quality.

There is a separate department catering exclusively for our mosaic tiles. Once the tiles have been cut, ground and polished they go to the Mosaic department where they are sorted, arranged into their various patterns, and fixed onto the mosaic backing.
