The First option, Collect, Quote & Deliver. We collect your faulty appliance, evaluate it and give you a quote if you accept the quote we go ahead and do the repairs if you don't accept the quote the faulty unit will be returned with a return fee charged at R250 or we can dispose of it for you free of charge.
The Second option, Call Out can be done at your home or business for a Call Out Fee of R500 to be paid cash on the premises or EFT before our Technicians leave our premises. Once the call out is paid you will only be charged for the spares thereafter. The technician will then evaluate and the manager will give you a quote on the spares needed to repair the appliance. Both above options apply to a 10KM radius.
We carry a sufficient number of spare parts and tools to carry out the repair on the first visit. We issue 3 months’ warranty on the repair. Our appliance repair service allows us to quickly repair a broken appliance on the spot, saving the customer time and money. Our team will always take care of your home, removing any packaging and unwanted spare parts when leaving.
