Amazing! It was easy to get hold of Carol, I told her what I wanted the flowers for and she quickly suggested an arrangement. Now I was expecting a simple bouquet, what I got really exceeded my expectations. The arrangement was big and so beautiful, fitting for a beautiful send off too. The team was supportive and very professional. They showed great personalities, making it easy to work with them under pressure.

The backdrop was different from what I had sent to them. I didnt get the ballon colours I asked for, the flowers on the backdrop where were mostly pink instead of green per the photo shared. Had an A3 page sticked on the board instead of a sticker, this didnt give me the fill I needed for my LinkedIn photos. The page kept falling.

I'd acquire their services again person of their personalities but they'd need to pay attention to the request and communicate on time of things aren't coming together to manage expectations.

Flowers & arrangement was absolutely gorgeous. However some of the roses were already wilted when I received them on day 1 & proceeded to wilt even more the next day, I tried to save them but they were dying fast.

Usually a bouquet lasts me for about two weeks. I think it’s just the pairing of certain plants with certain roses that may have caused that though. Some of them don’t do well when placed together. Otherwise great service & like I said, beautiful bouquet! I loved it.
