I help individuals and couples, in distressed relationships, work through the issues that are driving them apart, so that they can find their way back to each other and create healthy relationship building skills.
All relationships have good times and bad times. Unfortunately, when things are stressful, couples tend to pull apart and not band together. This process causes immense emotional pain, as the couples’ emotional bond is stretched until it snaps. Many couples experience disconnection, which left unchecked becomes distressful, and not because of poor communication, financial issues or even infidelity – but because the couple have forgotten how to be together.
It doesn’t have to be this way. If a couple wants to be together, but doesn’t know how to navigate difficult relationship issues, the first step is to realize that there are almost no relationship issues that cannot be resolved by two people committed to a process of healing. The reason why emotional bonds remain broken, is because couples don’t have a systematic approach of reconnecting and strengthening their relationship.
This is where I come in, my Courageous Couples system was designed for this exact purpose, to help couples in distressed relationships heal. The system was not designed to repair relationships, but to provide couples with an effective approach to reunite and together co-create their own unique solution, through personal growth, self-awareness and insight into their impact on the relationship dynamic.
