I received excellent service from Genesis Acoustics. Our house shares a wall with a school and 90% of the day, the loud noises of the kids playing on the field was causing me great frustration and anxiety. I was unable to concentrate in my office for work each day. After a site visit, it was established that a double glazed soundproof windows frame was required. In fact with both windows frames, there was a triple glass barrier to help with the noise issue.This helped to some extent to mute the sound, but after the 60D insulation was installed in the ceiling, the difference was immediately better. I would certainly recommend their individualized professional advice in solving unbearable noise problems. The saying"You get what you pay for" is definitely true. Rather spend more on the specialized products as one's sanity is priceless.Thank you especially to Jonathan for taking the time to understanding my needs and providing the correct solution and resolving them timeously.
