Pilatelicious studio - center is a wonderful and professional place.
I had a very nice class with Lana one of the teachers.
Very happy that I DISCOVERED THIS tranquil spot.

Pilatelicious in Johannesburg offers semi-private Pilates classes, which are guided by trained professionals. A set of deep core conditioning exercises aided by breathing techniques and exercise props, Pilates is a low impact but effective exercise regime for building a stronger, healthier body. The semi-private classes includes between 2 and 10 people per class and it is 60 minutes in duration.
