I have been trying to change my contract payment account for the past 2months. Your sales people never return calls on the numbers they give out nor do they respond to emails. I was asked to come in to the store for paper work in which i did and 2months later I have still not received the approval letter or notification. Not only is this a waste of people's time but this also shows the lack of value you have for your customers.
You can never get through to this number....not even worth trying... I've called 5 times and haven't spoken to one operator!!!
Twice now I tried to see SOMEONE at The Samsung hub. Second time I have to walk out as there is no one here. I have to take time off from work just to arrive here and they are either on lunch (for more than an hour) or they only start at 9:00. It is now 9:30 and still there is servise.
Optional : IMPOSSIBLE to get hold of a living being when a query does not relate to the given numbers a living being has to pressssssssss
when calling , you follow all the voice options, eventually get through to the one you liked- to get the call dropped - engaged tone - NEVER reach the right operator.
