I purchased 2 hyperli vouchers for a 180 minute premium pamper package. The voucher was due to expire on 9 June 2021. I called the business on 28 May 2021 to book for Saturday 5 June 2021. The owner confirmed availability for 5 June 2021 and requested copies of the vouchers. I sent her copies of the vouchers, she redeemed them before the booking. When I got to the venue 5 minutes before the scheduled time for the treatment, the place was locked and the owner didn't answer any of my calls or text messages. I waited outside the spa for 20 minutes before leaving. This business is dodgy, they will take your money and not render a service. I would never use them nor would I recommend them for anything. I am yet to receive a refund for services not rendered.
