Longford Consulting (Pty) Ltd. was started in 1996 by Ann Spencer. Ann had more than 20 years experience in industry as a Business Analyst and Group Manager Information Technology before starting a career in recruitment.

Ann brings her knowledge and experience of business management, telecommunications, Computer Systems and project management to Longford Consulting. Ann has worked as an expatriate in Africa and subsequently recruited expatriates for leading companies in Africa.
