Prior to this review (June 2013), Midek Paint has consistently grown year-on-year, but has however never had a growth or sales strategy in place.

With the formation of the new business partnership a five year growth and sales strategy has been implemented and is being reviewed on a monthly basis. While the business has steadily grown over the past 15 years it is more a result of specialist skills and hands-on-owners involvement rather than any external marketing efforts.

Furthermore, there is an agreed consensus that the company has lacked general brand awareness in the market place, resulting in a need to build exposure among current and future clients.
