Happy Homes has been in this business since 2000. I have personally supervised all business so far. We have had fixed contracts with various sectional title developments. Some of the situated in the Vaal triangle (La Montana, Drakensberg Gardens, The Greens, The Boulevards) where we did a lot of paintwork and general maintenance.
All work have before and after as well as during photographs as reference for the client.
All work done is on a deposit or progress payment system depending on the work scope. This is always discussed with the client beforehand.
