Eric came to do touch up the house ceiling, do electrical and plumbing work. He is an absolute professional and knowledgeable person, and very kind on top of it. He keft a lasting impression, and I can recommend him 100%.

Replace flushing around external chimney and fix the damp and damage to internal cornice. Repaint with paint provide by us. All done neatly and well within time.

I can honestly recommend KC Maintenance Services. They repaired my garage wall and roof after an accident. Also builded a new carport and braai area. I would have given a 0 star rating if I could. Hired KC Maintenance to renovate my bathroom. Things seemed to go well until Eric damaged our porcelain tiles to the value of R1 750 due to incompetence. The job was was left half done and we just discovered a leaking pipe. We now have to pay someone else to fix up his mess. Eric showed no integrity, lack of transparency, poor workmanship, unprofessionalism and complete disregard for us as clients.

On two occasions Eric came to repair problems I had after burst pipes due to the cold winter, the first repair was to remove old damaged ceilings , think pink and replace new ones and paint all the affected areas , the second was to repaint ceiling and cupboards after the another burst pipe on both of these times I found the work well done , and efficient, arriving at the time he said he would and after the work finished my rooms were left tidy without any mess , I would certainly use Eric again for any repairs to my home.

Eric and his team installed an electric fence for us and other small odd jobs. They were always on time, cleaned up after themselves and finished the job very timeously. Very happy with the workmanship and will call on his expertise anytime.
