MSQ was bought over in 2006 with one branch and only 5 staff members. We now have 5 branches with over 200 staff. We hire only 1 in 30 applicants, and our turnover is less than 25%. Our hiring process ensures that we meet our goal of employing front line associates that are better than our competition management.
