Describe a recent project that you have completed.We recently developed and enhanced the Tidely Point of Sale platform for laundry, dry-cleaning, sneaker-cleaning and alteration businesses. The project included customer and invoice management, service tracking, payments, staff access, inventory, reporting, collections, deliveries and customer notifications. The system was designed to support both desktop and mobile workflows and to help businesses manage their daily operations from one cloud-based platform.
Who are some of your customers and can you provide traceable references?Tidely serves service-based businesses, particularly laundries, dry cleaners, sneaker-cleaning businesses and alteration shops.
