haaibo whats wrong been on hold for 30 minutes then nhlanhla decide to answer then she put me through to where I don't know then I was on hold for 20 minutes then it was hanged up so hard tjooooo my ear people don't value their jobs .please move over let those who want to work be employed please lazy goverment employees worse worse -00000000000

i'm so dissapointed by the service at the 707 office , i called this 011-983 8700 and somebody picked up and continued talking to her friends on the other side. My mom went to claim UIF in June 2015 and up to today the 15 Oct 2015 she has been sent from pillar to post as the claim hasn't been processed . she has been given the 21 Nov 2015 to check on the progress but that will be on saturday(closed according to this website) . She's old and has been to that office more than 5 times , one excuse to another , system issues all the time and incompetent staff . SO DISSAPOINTED

Ovaroll the service is uncetisfectry but there is this lady that deserve five stars the effort that she puts in her work that extramile that she does its grater than grate she is an individual that works very hard my visit here seeing her are grate knowing she is working. she processes the uif applications.she deserve to manage this place her name is salome selolo

I applied for the martenitiy leave, I was told to call in 4 - 6 weeks if my claim has been finalised. Everytime when I call their 011 983 8700 nobody picks up I call everydae every hour of their working hours its just rings. Iam really not happy as I've got no income comming in.

im so upset with your servive @ 707 its been 8weeks since i claimed my maternity leave but when i call my claim hasnt been processed they tell me they havent started processing my claim how long must i wait for my claim to be approved to i have to go back to work soon ive even went to inquire about it but still they tell me the same story

Worse service than ever, people are being thrown from pillar to post for no apparent reason.Bunch of lazy people who are only there for pay cheque. I was there on the 17 October 2014 and today is the 28 November 2014 but my UIF claim still not sorted out.Actually even poor rating is an understatement. Very, very poor!!!!It leaves much to be desired.
