I think the service was pretty great. Mlungisi paid attention to every little detail and asked all the relevant questions so that he had a good idea of what I wanted before he started designing my logo which is great.

We take a strategic and process-based approach when dealing with projects. We aim to first understand the objective, the user personas, the user’s overall journey and the landscape of the project. We then conceptualise several solutions that could best achieve the desired outcome. After gaining a thorough understanding, We begin the strategic process and see the project through to a successful outcome.
