Floradayne Florist Stanger  Verification Pending

I paid for a day before for the flowers to be delivered the next day @10 of which Mala agreed the next day when I called at 11 the flowers were not delivered. They promised to deliver in the next 10 min of which nothing till 13;00 of which my wife had to now wait as she had knock of at 12 .The message I told them to write they didn't write but wrote they own and when I called they dropped the phone on my ear .The quality of the roses was bad as one from the bunch looked dead\and old .The whole experience made my valentines a bad one and they have no customer service when they speak to you it is as if you are worrying them

I PLACED AN ORDER ON TUESDAY (11/02/2014) MORNING WITH MALA FROM FLORADAYNE,TO BE DELIVERED ON 14/02/2014.AT 1 PM WHEN I CALLED THE STORE TO CHECK IF THE FLOWERS WERE DELIVERED I WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE DELIVERED SHORTLY.I CALLED MY WIFE AT 3PM TO CHECK IF IT WAS DELIVERED,SHE SAID NO,AND WAS ON HER WAY HOME ALREADY,I THEN CALLED MALA,TO CHECK AGAIN ON THE FLOWERS AND WHY IT WAS NOT DELIVERED,SHE SAID IT WAS A BUSY DAY N WOULD BE DELIVERED SHORTLY.TRIED CALLING HER AGAIN, SHE RUDELY CUT THE CALL.
WHICH PERSON WOULD WANT THEIR FLOWERS TO BE DELIVERED AT THE END OF THE DAY? WHEN ASKED FOR A REFUND SHE SAID SHE DOES NOT DO REFUNDS,ACCORDING TO THE CONSUMER GOODS COUNCIL OF SOUTH AFRICA SHE HAS TO REFUND THE MONEY, THERE'S NO SUCH THING AS "NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS",FOR HER SERVICES ARE PATHETIC,IF SHE COULD NOT DELIVER IT,ALL SHE HAD TO DO WAS CALL ME AND I WOULD HAVE DELIVERED IT TO MY WIFE IN THE MORNING NOT AT THE END OF THE DAY.
