Dear Rossouw and Team, We wish to thank you for your amazing, prompt, friendly service in January 2018 holidays. SWD Bandediens responded to our emergency call on Malgas dirt road 5km , on our return journey from the Breede River. We already had one tyre broken off from the tyre rim on our journey to the Breede river. We therefore did not have another spare. Rossouw immediately sent a team to collect both tyres. They returned with in 45 minutes with a replacement, speedily fitted it for us, to continue to there workshop in Swellemdam, to have x 4 new tyres fitted. These were replaced within the hour, with a complimentary car wash (as us Cape Townian's don't have water). All was done with a helpful hand to unload / load our holiday luggage. All telephonic queries were answered professionally and efficiently. We commend you on this excellent service and price and wish you a Happy & Prosperous 2018.
