Went to the salon to ask if my hair could be lightened to a picture I brought in.The woman said it would be a little darker so I booked for the next day.When I asked her, I confirmed that my whole head would be lighter, she agreed.I came in and she started, only doing half my head, when I queried this she said it is the best way to to do it.I reluctantly allowed it as I trusted her. She then put the colour on to which she only put on what she lightened. Not even on my roots!!!I questioned her and said she can do the roots for an extra cost. I was gob smacked!I asked how she can't do my re-growth and she said she has done this many times before etc etc.Needless to say I don't have the product I want and still had to pay.Will NEVER go back there again!
