While I cannot review this company on their work done, their service was poor. We were contacted promptly to arrange a home visit to view the site, however, the gentleman arrived hours late without letting me know that he would be late (contacted me later in the day to ask whether he could still come to view the site). Was told quote would be sent 5 days later, and still no quote has been received to date. This was on 17 March 2017.

Incredible attention to detail and functionality. Best experience I've ever had with a building company!
We did total renovation of our 2 bed, 1 bath flat and added an extra bathroom making it a 2 bed, 2 bath. The kitchen was moved from one room to another and open space was done with removal of lounge wall. We had a huge brain storm before starting and Steve was a huge help. He came up with some great ideas and the end result is stunning. All work was done according to plan, on time and on budget. Payment was done as work was done - no deposit up front! We went with a different kitchen supplier then the one Steve suggested and that was a HUGE mistake! Get everything under one umbrella and sleep well at night!! We would definitely use Cape Builders again and can only recommend them.
Steve and his team did two projects for me - both relatively small. A bathroom renovation and the other quite a pain to do: painstakingly repairing a concrete beam. Both jobs were done neatly, efficiently, to quote and complete on time. I was impressed Steve and his teams communication and attention to detail. I have and will continue to recommend Cape Builders and Renovators to friends.
