Dr Misra is a pleasant doctor. Her staff though is very rude, with no apologies, no smiles. One of the duties of secretaries is to comfirm appointments especially for operating procedures. They dbl book and say you should have called. Highly inconvenient. Especially if you take of work. They are miserly when it come to using the phone. Highly unprofessional. Cutting corners on peoples health.
