I like to visit the local foschini branch and have problems with my legs, and always use the arcade entrance,although the staff does not hesitate to open for me if I show my legs, which I really appreciate. The 1 problem I have is that if a customer opens an account it gets done so openly over the counter, with lots of personal questions being asked, could be done more discreetly at another counter maybe than the cash out counter, now all in the queue are hearing your conversation.
