We have no record of an order in your name. I've tried to give you a call to discuss your issues this morning but it looks like the cellphone number you have supplied is not correct so I have no way of contacting you. We pride ourselves on our customer service - backed up with thousands of happy testimonials from customers all over the country. Our customers receive an e-mail once their delivery is on it's way to them asking for feedback once they have received their order. If you did receive an item that you were unhappy with, the normal channel to follow would be to simply reply back to our e-mail advising us of our unhappiness/dissatisfaction and we would make arrangements to replace the item at our expense. Once completed, the creation is ironed which allows the creator to keep their creation and use it for: jewellery making, card making, crafts, school projects, scrapbooking, fridge magnets, key rings, etc. Improves fine motor skills, concentration & creativity as well as boosts self confidence/self esteem.
