I have always had excellent treatments from the therapists at La Lucia and the ladies at the til are polite But completely ignorant re the Sorbet products. I asked a simple question about the different face wipes and they honestly did not know - when I asked if they knew the difference between the different products they said they didn't and all the therapists were busy. So I googled the products for quick info and took the one that suited my skin. Surely if you wear a Sorbet uniform you should know the difference between the different products?? My rating is for the excellent treatments not the lack of knowledge of products.
