MTN Store Umhlanga Ridge, Umhlanga  Verification Pending

Disgusting service and no support. Staff appear to be working for a Salary and nothing more. Have no regard or respect to customers. Customer is supposed to be King. Definitely not the case in this store!!

Had the baddest service over and over again, even after i called and confirmed ... they still hit me down... hate MTN sooo much

Reported my mobile had a broken screen... Waited 3 months for it to be collected for repairs, via Insurance.

Now been in for 6 weeks and NO RESPONSE EITHER VIA TELEPHONE OR EMAIL!!!!!!!

1st Insurance claim in 20 years..... Doubt I will remain with MTN when my contract expires!!!!!!

my word not a single person to answer the phone.

Tried to contact the store all morning to see what time they closed, but no answer, over and over again. Totally ridiculous and unacceptable.

This store is brilliant. The service is fantastic, they always solve the problem and oh, you can have coffee or hot chocolate while you wait. BUT, why can't you get hold of them on the telephone - SO frustrating. I just wanted to ask their closing times before driving all the way out there!!!!

The store is perfect but to get ahold of the store over the telephone is absolutely frustrating. It makes one look elsewhere. The rating is not based on the store but on trying to get in contact.
