PATHETIC SERVICE FROM THESE GUYS...ROWAN IS NOT A MAN OF HIS WORD. THE GUYS THAT WORK THERE ARE NOT PROFFESIONAL. THEY DID HALF THE JOB AND HAVE NOT RETURNED TO COMPLETE THE JOB. ROWAN PROMISSED TO COME HIMSELF TO OVER SEE THE JOB BUT HAS NOT RETURNED MY CALL. VERY BAD WORKMANSHIP AN VERY DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER.

Our initial advise was not accepted as professionals. My team advised the youngster on site the positioning of the aircon was incorrect. The advice was rejected. Installation was complete, therafter it was suggested the aircon be lifted higher due to curtain rails being refitted. The aircon was then removed and reinstalled to the maximum height as per request. This was time consuming and extra labor which we absorbed. I advised that we are not renovators and we cannot modify the ceiling inorder to lift the unit higher. It is installed to the maximum height. We have not been paid for the completed job. The unit is installed to the maximum height and in the required position. I have pics to prove it is installed. We do apologies for any inconvenience caused but all my team did was follow the instruction of the young lady on site. Should we further modify the completed installation, the initial bill will have to be paid as this installation was already done twice over.
