6 to 7 pm cardio kick and tae bo
7 to 8 pm krav maga self defense

Tuesday and thursdays
4.30 to 6am boxing
6 to 7 am combat fit class
8 to 9 am mommies fitness (momday to fridays)
4 to 5pm tiny tiger kids class 4-11y
5 to 6pm tiny tiger kids class 4-11y
6 to 7pm kick boxing and thai fighting
7 to 8pm mma bjj and grapling
Friday
Krav maga 6 to 7am and 8 to 9am
Sparring 6 to 8pm

Private lessons avaible during the day at an additional cost. Sessions start at R200 to R250 per session and lower rates for month to month R685 per month x1 weekly session R1250 x2 weekly sessions R1850 x3 weekly . Double bookings only pay 50% on the second person and less the for 3 to 5 pax extra
Group bookings and seminars can also be arranged on appiontment
Kids,boxing and tae bo R200 reg per annuam and starts from R 240pm
Kickboxing/ krav maga R300 reg and R295 pm
Mma and bjj/multi styles R 395 pm and R400 Reg.
All exstra styles are R120 per month extra on your base style ( R295 + 120 per style extra)
Ladies combat fit classes are R295 and R325(selfdefence exstra)
