Bad service, pitched late with no equipment didn't fix the drain wanted full payment saying he'll be back the next day first thing, and didn't show up didn't communicate with us when we call he says he's coming , paid him half for nothing dont waste your money on them , i wouldn't even give the one star just that it won't allow not picking 1

Our appointment was at 16:45pm From 16:25 when we arrived at her house we ran our drain unblocking machine till 19:30pm in the presence of her mother and brother then she only had R300 which was far less than what we asked her for our service, there’s no plumber who asks that little for 3 hours on a blocked drain today specially in this pandemic we are faced with, to top it off she was asking our staff member to perform things that are deemed unlawful (without divulging anymore details) starting to threaten him if he doesn’t do them, we glad we haven’t had a single client complain in 11 years of business, our mission is to help our clients and ensure their safe & happiness.
