I called Vinod Balram for assistance as my place in phoenix had just been robbed by three African males. Vinod was in am meeting but still attended to my call and dispatched his members to my residence. On arrival they gathered information and went into the Amouti township where they apprehended a suspect with some of the stolen items. The response officer Mr Ebrahim Osman was most professional and calmed the family members and re-assured them that if needed they can be called at anytime. This really astounded me as I am not a client of theirs yet they went all out of their way to assist me. I am so proud of the team led by Mr Osman who responded to my residence and placed their lives at risk to serve mine. May god always be with all the members and my prayers for good health and safety will be with the entire team at all times. No other security company besides RUSA will respond to your aid if you are not on their data base of clients. WELL DONE RUSA.KEEP IT UP.
