Ambrosia Wellness Centre was established in February 2011. We are situated in the tranquil, woody area of Westville North, away from the bustle of the city. We are a Wellness Centre that boasts the services of holistically trained MASSAGE & wellness therapists, a Reflexologist, an Aromatherapist, a Homeopathic Physician & an Ayurvedic Primary Health Care Advisor. Our aim is to provide a holistic perspective of wellness. We aim to create a healing space of rest, relaxation & rejuvenation.

At Ambrosia Wellness Centre our treatments are based on the principles of holistic medicine practices, with the foundation being Ayurveda. The products used in treatments range from natural ingredients used in traditional wellness routines to new age naturally based formulations. We draw on the knowledge preserved in Ayurvedic texts to formulate our treatments & products.
