Dr. Nel is a clever doctor. Been seeing him often this year and whenever I asks questions he always explain it to me. He is very helpful and shows compassion as a doctor. The only negative point would be the unprofessional staff member I had to deal with on more than one occassion hence this I will report to doctor in due course. The above can create a bad image for doctor and his practice. Reception at any company should be the first focus point and staff should not get personal, do their job in a professional manner within their job description and protocol.
