Matthew installed a side gate in my garden. They only put in 3 screws, instead of 4 and the holes were too big for the plugs and screws so now the gate is coming out of the wall. I have tried calling Matthew numerous times, he either doesn't answer, call me back or when he does promise to come and fix the problem he doesn't show up. This has been going on for months with nothing being done.
