I requested the services of someone who could help me with some fencing - and separately some help to replace a sink in my kitchen. Alias answered both requests and gave me a reasonable quote for both jobs. His professionalism impressed me - keeping me informed and providing me with picture updates on the fencing project as it had to span a few days.
