Niche Bricks (Pty) Ltd is a business that was started in March 2021 born out of a desire to make a real difference in our society and a passion to leave a legacy and a brighter future for those who might not have had the opportunity before. To effect real and sustainable change in the lives of those employed by Niche Bricks (Pty) Ltd and to literally help build our country brick by brick by providing affordable, high-quality bricks to our communities. Our own production bricks stand apart from those of our competitors because we use only high-quality cement and sand in our production. We do not add any fly ash which makes the brick more brittle and less solid.
We also insource the smaller sized cement stock bricks from suppliers in our region to be able to provide both sizes to our customer base. We source only high-quality product
Our bricks are meant for those who want high quality that will save cost over the longer term and last for years and years
We are not only a female owned business, but have women working physically shoulder to shoulder with our male staff members on the production floor. We continuously strive to enable real gender equality through “equal work and equal pay” by encouraging, implementing, and finding ways to “lighten the physical workload” through innovative work practices and automation of certain tasks.
