We specialise in airconditioning and general building works.XSP emerges from Mpehle Investments, a family construction business operating since 2012. We are compliant and accredited with CIDB and BIBC. Our clients are City of Cape Town, Dept of Public Works, MRC, etc. Our project history says it all, tiling,painting,waterproofing,airconditioning,carpentry, etc for the past 6 years and the founder is well clued in construction for the past 18 years.
