I am a person who always reads the views of other persons who used a contractor.
Three quotations I must received from 3 contractors, are they coming for free to my house for site inspections, are they calling back, are the person friendly and eager to help (even a receptionist can get a nil) ? Is the person on time with a reliable vehicle, can they provided the material and have time for me. When the quotation is reasonable, I except. The day of the installation or repair the contractor must be on time. PROSKIM CONTRUCTION, did all of above. Robert and his partners were on time. They explained every step of the way. They installed a synthetic membrane inside the roof. The house is warmer in the winter and also keep water out of the house. They were friendly and very professional and I felt they gave me honest advice and worth for my money. I RECOMMENDED this contraction firm.

We had a leaking roof. George and his time responded and did an inspection to find the problem. They came back with the material and fixed the roof.

George and his team, from Proskim, did the power cleaning (pressure hose) of the roof of our double story house in Boston, Bellville. They also fixed the leaking roof, installed undertile membrane, cleaning and repair of valleys, repair ceiling, fixed balcony (torch on unigum), etc. We were very happy with the quality of his work; an outstanding job at a reasonable price. And his post job completion service is excellent!

We contacted the Proskim team and promptly received a detailed quote. The work that was undertaken was of a good quality and the team was mindful of the brief that was given.

We had a few things done by Proskim in our home. We had a small wall removed in our kitchen, walls were skimmed and entire kitchen repainted. Painting done in our lounge. We also had George's team install our washing machine & tumble dryer in our kitchen as well as remove pantry cupboards in our kitchen. The team worked well and everyone was friendly and respectful. They cleaned every day before they left. Everything was neat and tidy when they finished. Communication was also very good with George.
