Totally, utterly incompetent. They've lost my wash (or a portion of it) on three separate occasions and it's taken days to recover. I've seen my trousers get passed between multiple customers before making their way back to me. I've been taking my dry cleaning here because it's close to work, but 3 times botched? Never again!
