The aim of my fitness business is to help you become fitter, stronger, and more confident.
I used to be overweight and manage to lose my weight by becoming more focussed on my eating habits and staying within those habits. I was featured in the Mens Health for my weight loss and its been 10 years now and still haven't picked up my old weight back.
I focus on endurance, fitness, and weight loss with the occasional rehab exercises to help prevent injuries.
