We design according to clients needs. Therefor the product can be use for flower greenhouses, sound rooms, medical labs, guard houses, spray booths , class rooms and many more. Not limited to Cold & Freezer Rooms only.
Our manufacturing line is semi automated and we glue all the panels by hand before they go into a press. Chromadek sheets is cut to length, then automatically formed over a tongue and groove Roll Former Machine. A Glue - special 2 part adhesive is applied to the expanded fire retardant Polystyrene sheets, then sandwiched between two layers of chromadeck. The panels get pressed for a certain period of time to ensure that no delamination occurs. We use quality material to ensure the product we delivered are 100% to the customers requirements.
