Disciplinary Hearings
This includes chairing the hearing and compiling the outcome report with a recommendation for the company
Retrenchments
Assisting the company with the whole section 189 process to ensure compliance.
Compiling of the skills development plan
This includes registering as the official skills development facilitator for the company with the relevant SETA. Obtaining, preparing and compiling the Annual Training report and Workplace skills program to enable the company to claim mandatory grants from the relevant SETA
Application for discretionary grants
Applying for discretionary grants from the relevant SETA
BEE preparation
Assisting the company to compile all evidence before an external BEE audit
Developing customized employee contracts
Compiling employment equity reports
Executive and Life coaching
To assist all employees to discover and manage weaknesses and develop strengths

2. Conduct an HR audit
To establish at what level of compliance the company currently is and to make recommendations regarding suggested actions to address short comings.

3. Fixed term project based (6, 9- or 12-months fixed term to establish HR systems in the company) Up to 24 hours per month dedicated per client
To implement HR systems in the company and ensure continued compliance with all relevant legislation
