Jacques was friendly, polite, professional, punctual and really got the perfect understanding of exactly what it was that we wanted. His workmanship is absolutely faultless, you can see he take immense pride in his work, it is a pleasure dealing with him. Overall the cupboard was well within our budget, it is exactly what we wanted and is not just functional, but an eye catcher and daily we still find ourselves looking and appreciating it.
