I have been waiting for a house that I bought cash from this business since 2019... don't even look his direction when you want to buy. Once you engage with him and he get what he want(money), he is gone. He won't even answer your calls,whatsapp he bluetick you,he disappears and promise people lies,he even send people to view the same property you paid for viewing... he is someone with a smooth tongue and can sell you the sand you're standing on... don't ever buy property under his name. Am about to sue him. My lawyers are happy about it.
