I have a background in trauma counselling, anger management, stress management, anxiety and depression, emotional intelligence, wellness and positive psychology, couple counselling and have been board registered since 2010. My approach to counselling is focused on providing a space for my clients to gain a deeper understanding of themselves, and to use this as a platform for managing their challenges.
