Id like to express my complete satisfaction with services rendered by Keandre at Sparkle Occasions,i was hosting my 21st birthday party and required the works for the setup...he was able to organise all seating arrangements as well as sound,music and the floral arrangements all within the space of three days...topped by service with a smile and affordable pricings its a pleasure to recommend his service to others!
