I would like to take this opportunity to acknowledge and appreciate excellent customer service that I received from an African Lady at Telkom Direct Musgrave on Saturday, 11 March 2017 unfortunately I did not get to see her name badge. I had reported a telephone connection problem on December 2016, almost 4 months ago, after numerous technician visits we were directed to any of the telkom branches to purchase a particular device that would aid us. I had subsequently gone to Telkom Delta Towers, Telkom Galleria and Telkom Bluff, all of these branches did not bother to take their time to assist me adequately. After a visit to Telkom Musgrave last Saturday it became evident that this incident was going to be resolved and as of 7 days later it most certainly has; something that took the technician all of ten minutes and now my telephone, 031 9096939, is working.
