Called them for a repair on a Friday. On a galanz unit. They came early Monday morning bcos they get a call out fee. Said the problem was the settings and the system needs a service. They serviced it. The next time we tried to use the aircon. It gave us the same problem. Many calls were made to them over the course of the week. Many promises were made that they would come. Its thurs at 16 20. Nobody has come to sort it out.
