The Food Emporium provides an excellent service with a wide variety of quality and delicious food for any occasion. Michelle Smith, the owner, is very hands on with her clients, always friendly and ready to help. There's no doubt customer service is at the heart. She makes great suggestions for every season and delivers on time, every time. I would reccomend The Food Emporium to anyone and everyone, from individuals to the corporate world. I am a professional trained chef with 18 years experience in the hospitality industry.I have trained at the Cape town hotel school in granger bay and build up work experience in the protea hotel group for a couple of years. Thereafter I lectured at a chef school and worked in the private industry for a while before I established this company

Describe a recent project that you have completed.

I recently did some corporate catering for FNB and Ster Kinekor.I have also done a fine dining experience for a client the past weekend as a 40th birthday celebration
