It has been recommended that adults should get up to 30 minutes of moderate exercise done at least five times a week. A lot of us aren’t even getting close to that amount of exercise done in over two weeks. This is usually because we lack the motivation to exercise that much or we simply have no time. In the grand scheme of things, 30 minutes out of an entire day is not that much to spare if it means you’ll be improving your health.

If you are new to the exercise scene, getting yourself to turn up at the gym is hard enough without the overwhelming sensation of needing to figure out exactly what you should be doing at the gym. Furthermore, some of the equipment is very intimidating, and seeing how the other members do it might not be enough to encourage a first-timer into doing it. One ongoing debate between fitness freaks is the cardio versus weight argument.
