Probably the best pool service I have used in years.

The call out, the provisioning and installation was not only done professionally during COVID 19, but the staff we all wearing masks and were ethical and very professional. They call before they arrive, they are prompt and on time and I am one very satisfied customer. These kind of services are scarce and not easy to come by.

Filter replacement and light fitting replacement. Despite tricky installation of the light and the electrical connection needing to be moved for the new filter to fit, Perfect pools kept coming back until the job was done.

Immediately knew what was wrong, when my husband explained what the pump does. Took the maintenance guy.... 3 seconds to solve our problem

Thanks for your assistance, my pool water looks perfect and clear again, think the algae were thriving due to the airleak on the bottom connection of the weir also the chlorinator is helping a lot to control the dosage of chlorine under the floating cover which has been replaced for a new one today. This has been a hazzle in the past as too much chlorine powder could affect the lifespan of the cover I was told by it's supplier. Kind regards, J.D.Visser
